Lake Desire Clubhouse Renters - Welcome to the Lake Desire Community! The clubhouse is available to rent to the public. Please note that it does not have lake access. The public access to the lake is about a mile away. Lake Desire Community Club will require renters to pay a non-refundable $50 booking fee. The Clubhouse is available for rental until 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on the weekends due to close proximity to residents in our community.

Lake Desire Community Clubhouse Rentals
The clubhouse features an open room for your event, remodeled kitchen, 6 tables and 40 chairs (seats 40, max 60 in clubhouse), and 2 restrooms. Wheelchair accessible, fire ring and parking available. Available until 10pm on weekends and 9pm on weekdays. Perfect for meetings, birthday parties, baby showers, and small intimate gatherings. Pricing
Public Rates: Funds for rental and damage deposit are to be paid in advance of said rental.
Public Clubhouse Rates -Clubhouse rentals available until 10pm on weekends and 9pm on weeknights.
LDCC Member Only Rates:
Member Clubhouse Rates - Membership available to only those living in designated areas around the lake. See the below rates. Membership is $20 annually. Must be in current standing.
Public Clubhouse Rates -Clubhouse rentals available until 10pm on weekends and 9pm on weeknights.
- Friday-Sunday (and Holidays) - $50 per hour rental (min 3 hours), $50 Booking Fee, $250 refundable deposit
- Weekend Discount All day rate of $350 for up to 12 hours, $50 booking fee, $250 refundable deposit
- Weekday (Monday-Thursday) - $30 per hour (3 hours min), $50 Booking Fee, $250 refundable deposit
- $30 per 3 hours- $20 one time booking fee, and $250 security deposit. Must follow cleaning checklist after each use. Parties/events are charged the regular rental rates.
- $10 per 3 hours - $20 one time booking fee, and $250 security deposit and one service project per year in the Lake Desire Community

- The Clubhouse is free for a Member’s use for any community meetings subject to availability (no Saturdays). The majority of attendees must be Lake Desire residents.
Payment - Coordinator will let you know the total amount. If Paypal/Square fees are not included, they will be deducted from the deposit.

Policies
- An event date can't be guaranteed until we have received a signed rental agreement and deposit.
- Music is permitted in the Clubhouse however all amplified sound must be discontinued promptly at 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday nights, and 9pm on weeknights.
- Renters may use the kitchen to warm food or use the catering service of their choice.
- Rentals may not go past 10pm on Friday/Saturday, or 9pm on weeknights due to the proximity of residents in a quiet community.
